Noise reduction is really good. My ears get sweaty in the summer heat but it still stays in. They will probably fall out if you want to workout, but for overall general use it’s great.

Use these for work, and they are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have to use compressed air, and I work around loud machines, these ground out the noise well. You are still able to hear even on the third setting, but the reduction in noise heavenly after having to hear all the ruckus after some time.

I appreciated that these came with a large variety of earplug sizes! I have super small ear canals and it can be very hard to find devices that work. The instructions were also very good with describing how to choose which size to pick. The rings also fit within my outer ear just fine and they were comfortable.
These come with a rotating switch on the ring so that you can choose from 3 different levels of reduction. The instructions are very good at describing the types of noise each mode reduces. This includes a mode to reduce lower frequency noises with loud bass for concerts, a mode for higher pitches like horns and birds and a silent mode for a reduction of both.
This is merely a reduction. It will not block out everything even on silent mode. The switch is also really hard to operate once it is in the ear for me and you have to pull it out and look at it in good lighting to see the markings which indicate the mode. With practice, you could get used to knowing how to slide it.
I use these when I go to places where I just need to quiet things down but still be able to hear. I really cannot speak much for the other two modes because they did not provide enough reduction for me to use them.

These are literally the best Earplugs. They simply reduce the sound but they make it easier to hear people directly around me. Carrying case is perfect for key rings to carry everywhere. And they feel great.

I suffered a TBI (Traumatic brain injury) that makes me sensitive to sounds and lights. Bought these to possibly help and was very impressed. Whenever there are to many sounds or noises around, these are perfect.
They come with assorted size adaptors to make the perfect fit. Then there is a hard case that fits great in a pocket, easily, to carry around. The choices in colors makes them a good choice as well.
As for the sound dampening, most excellent choice. Deadening the sound around you, but somehow maintains the sound integrity where speech can be heard. Recently, we were at a packed restaurant, with music playing loudly on the sound system and a child screaming nearby. Popped the earplugs in, sound was no longer an issue and had no issue hearing what my wife and child had to say.
For the price and the quality, this is the way to go.

This is my fourth pair of ear plugs with this design and by far the most expensive ones. (At the time of this review, these cost $35. The others I’ve tried have all been around $10.) The box and branding for these is classier, so they’d make a nice gift, but the actual ear plugs are of pretty similar quality. They’re a lightweight plastic and come with several tips of different sizes to make sure they fit your ears. This box is just cardboard so the tips fall everywhere. Others I’ve ordered have come with replacement tips in a hard case.
These do work for me at filtering noise. Note that I didn’t say blocking all sound. They help bring the volume around you down to a manageable level, but they aren’t noise canceling, so you shouldn’t expect that from them.
They do come with a little carrying case, which is nice for throwing in your bag so these are handy when you want them. Overall, I like them, but I don’t think they’re better than the ones that are 1/3 of the price.

I have an issue with an infection that surgeons don’t want to operate on…so far this seems to be helping. I will say that it gave me horrible heartburn initially, but nothing that some milk didn’t solve. I’ve been taking it for several weeks and don’t need milk anymore. Love that it’s sourced in Greece and Italy. Also, got rid of my sinus infection.
