Comfortable and block sound well. Only reason for 4 stars is that one fell out while sleeping a few months ago and I haven’t been able to find it.

I struggle with loud noises/ sounds, especially in large event settings. I ordered these after attending my son’s wrestling tournament. Before the ear plugs – I had so much anxiety, I couldn’t think straight, I was frustrated and stuck in fight or flight mode all day. Well I bought these for the next tournament and it was a world of difference! I was able to use the different settings, easily while they remained in my ear. I could still talk with family sitting by me. I could still hear that I was at a loud event, though the stress/anxiety was gone. I found the ear plugs to come in nice packaging. I love the little carrying case they come with. My friend was able to see that I had them in my ear behind my hair, though he was looking for them. The extra silicone fittings are helpful to adjust them to your ear. They do give the tip that you can be different sizes in each year, Thankful for that tip because I actually am and would have never thought of that.

Worth the money to purchase! Protected my eyes at a few co certs this year. Especially where people were screaming and shrieking. It drowned those high pitched noises out and I would actually hear the music and when the band was talking and what they were saying. Easy to use , comfortable, easy to take out and It comes with a little carry case.

Attended my first concert wearing the Ear Plugs and they were great. I did not have the short term “concert headache” or ringing in the ears after a concert. They effectively lowered the decibels but still allowed me to not only hear the music clearly but to also hear conversations. The Ear Plugs were easy to insert and remove and did not cause any ear pain. In addition to the fine performance of the product, I also appreciated that 4 sizes (S/M/L/XL) are provided, allowing you to determine the best fit for your ears. A carrying case is also provided, making it easy to take them with you, insert them at the event and then remove them and place them in the case at the end of the event. Overall, a great combination of quality product at a great price.

If you want the model with the lowest sound reduction, these are the ones from this line up. They worked great for the Disturbed concert! I wouldn’t go up in the reduction rating unless you have particularly sensitive ears. I have sensitive ears but this was enough protection for sure. In fact I might have used the smaller inserts to hear even more, had I brought them. But the regular fitting inserts did the job well, for what they’re able to do.
Unfortunately the sound quality does drop somewhat because after all, we are blocking it somewhat. I considered electronic buds that drop the sound when the decibels hit a certain level but if they work like the over-the-ear phones I’ve used they will drop dangerous sound levels to a point where you barely hear it. So the sound might be jumping from clear to super low for safety, but not great for music.
So I went with the Loop brand for the numbers mainly. Other brands don’t seem to offer a model with this low of a rating, which equals more sound.
The clear units are almost invisible if you want to be discreet and not look like “the old guy with ear plugs” 🙂
I purchased two pairs and found what some other reviewers did, that some cases don’t snap shut super tight. Be careful since these are expensive to be blunt. But a small price compared to hearing damage discomfort that can last from hours to days, or worse.

Always a life-saver! I need these in every theater and every loud and crowded room for when I get overwhelmed! I used to use these at my boarding facility job during feeding time with about 60 dogs in a large single area. These make the noise manageable from how loud and chaotic it was!
They’re comfortable and sturdy and I hardly notice them after I’ve put them in.
I recommend these to everyone who’s a little neurospicy or tends to get overwhelmed with sound. These also work well for tinnitus!

I have these clipped to my keys so I always have them on me. They perform as advertised to block out background noise while still allowing you to be engaged in conversations or otherwise aware of your surroundings. I don’t think they work in all settings, however. Sometimes it seems they block too much out and other times too little. I would recommend them if you’re sensitive to noise, though. They worked pretty well on two long-haul international flights as well.
