I love these. They are comfortable for all night use and remain in place even when moving around and side sleeping. The foam ones always fall out and i wake up to replace it. The only weak point is the tiny case that is slippery and easy to drop and misplace.

Super comfortable, and cute! Definitely helps take out a lot of the background noise, but I can still hear what I need to. If you have anxiety and get over stimulated easily I highly recommend

One of my symptoms post brain surgery was super sonic hearing. These loops have helped me so much in so many settings. I use them daily. The three adjustments really do make a difference depending on how loud the environment is. It took me a minute to figure out how to rotate them while in my ears, but once you get it it’s really not that hard. Probably my one and only critique would be making the left and right indicator a little more obvious but I’m still giving this 5 stars. Might be my favorite purchase of last year. Will definitely be using these at concerts/shows as well.
Also FYI, I paid with my HSA/FSA card. I did have my doctor write me a letter of medical necessity but it was processed without having to use it.
Just for reference:
I use the engage mode for when I leave the house. I live on a busy street and the cars driving by are loud for me.
I use the experience mode for restaurants and malls.
I use the quiet mode for movie theatres, arcades, and busy restaurants.

I’ve used them for everyday commute on very loud trains. It does help take the edge off painfully loud sounds. I enjoy the first two modes very much for that. I am slightly disappointed though with the quiet feature, which isn’t as soundproof as I’d hoped. Overall, I’d recommend these for people that want to make very loud surroundings more bearable, and they are convenient because you can still hear everything, but they don’t offer the same sound protection as conventional foam earplugs.

Always a life-saver! I need these in every theater and every loud and crowded room for when I get overwhelmed! I used to use these at my boarding facility job during feeding time with about 60 dogs in a large single area. These make the noise manageable from how loud and chaotic it was!
They’re comfortable and sturdy and I hardly notice them after I’ve put them in.
I recommend these to everyone who’s a little neurospicy or tends to get overwhelmed with sound. These also work well for tinnitus!

Fantastic, I work in a hair salon where things can be pretty noisy with all the people, blowdryers, etc. Often times the noise gets to me but I still need to be able to hear what’s going on. These are awesome as I can still have conversations and hear what I need to while bringing the volume down to something more tolerable.

Great for a school environment. Helps student to focus on the teacher. Comfortable design.

I love them! They still let sound through, but they dampen it a bit so that loud and high pitched noises are less unpleasant. They have helped me weather my toddler’s loudest screams without having to cover my ears. I haven’t compared them with other earplugs to know if they are truly worth the high price tag, but I do like the loop design and carrying case.

Purchased for my wife who was experiencing sleep problems. Helped immeasurably by blocking out major distractions.
